DAY PRIME PARKING RESERVATION FORM
As a courtesy, a limited amount of parking will be available to exhibitors with standard-sized box trucks or oversized vans, by reservation only on a first-come, first-served basis while they last. These spaces will be
20' x 20' or 15' x 25' to accommodate a vehicle, grooming table & x-pen and will provide close proximity to the conformation rings only. Motor Homes and/ or cars will not be allowed to park in these spaces. The cost will be $60.00 for the 4-day cluster without electricity, $160.00 for the 4-day cluster with electricity. The space must be reserved for all four (4) days. Equipment may be left overnight at the owner's risk - neither the clubs nor the fairgrounds will be liable for any damage, loss or injury. Dogs may not be left overnight in these spaces. No camping in vehicles. See RV reservations page 7. If space is available, an additional $25.00 will be charged for anyone without a reservation. Some spaces with electricity may be located inside the gate along the fence opposite the conformation rings. Due to the close proximity to the rings, vehicles parked in these spaces must arrive by 7:30 A.M. and may not depart until the conclusion of Best in Show and may not run generators.

OVERNIGHT RV, CAMPER, VAN/TRUCK RESERVATION FORM
Overnight parking is available in designated areas only at owner's responsibility for self-contained vehicles. No tents.
Overnight parking is a courtesy to the exhibitors and the show giving clubs, their members, executive boards, officers,
agents, any employees, superintendent(s) and/or Barnstable County Agricultural Society will not be liable for any
damage, loss or injury which may be sustained while on the show grounds. This includes disappearance, loss, theft,
injury and/or death of any dogs entered in these events.
• Overnight Parking on the show grounds in the designated areas by Pre-paid Reservation Only. If space is
available, an additional $25.00 fee will be charged for any RV without a reservation. NOTE: THERE WILL
BE LIMITED ELECTRIC & WATER HOOKUPS AVAILABLE ON A FIRST RESERVED BASIS UNTIL LIMIT IS
REACHED.
• RVs will be allowed on grounds on Wednesday from 1:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. Please wait to be escorted to your
space. Any RV not escorted must be prepared to move between 6:30 A.M & 7:30 A.M. the next morning.
• RVs will NOT be allowed to drive through the gates to their hookup area during the Event Hours.
• All Parking Spaces will be pre-assigned. (No vehicles other than tow vehicles or tagalongs will be allowed).
Reservations will be acknowledged by mail or E-mail.
• Parking Fees - $55.00 per night with hookups, $25.00 per night without hookups. NO REFUNDS.
• Firelanes and Parking Areas will be maintained.
• Generators shall NOT BE OPERATED AFTER 10:00 P.M.
• PLEASE PUT ANY TRASH IN THE DUMPSTER OR TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE.
• No vehicle containing dogs may be parked overnight on the show grounds unless someone is present in the
vehicle. This rule will be enforced.
Failure to observe/obey the above rules and/or disrespect for clubs' members, parking officials, fairground or town
personnel may result in removal from grounds or an Event Committee Hearing. Your cooperation will assure our
continued use of these grounds.
